- Harassment & Hate Speech: No threats, targeted harassment, or promotion of violence/hatred based on protected characteristics.
- Doxxing: Sharing private identifying information without consent is prohibited.
Violations in this section may result in immediate and permanent bans, and where required, reporting to relevant authorities.
3. Community Standards
- No Spam: No flooding, automated junk posting, or excessive self-promotion.
- NSFW Labeling: NSFW content must be tagged appropriately and kept out of community titles.
- Respect Moderation: Moderators may remove content/accounts to protect the community.
- User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for any content they post, upload, or share.
4. Registration & Account Access
- No guarantee of access: Registration and access to these services are not guaranteed. The administrator reserves the right to refuse, limit, suspend, or permanently revoke any account at any time, at sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
- Your responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Backups: Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any data you wish to retain.
5. As-Is Service Disclaimer
- No warranty: All services are provided on an as-is and best-effort basis, without any guarantee of uptime, availability, message deliverability, or data retention.
- Changes: The administrator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
- Limitation of liability: The administrator is not liable for any loss of data, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of or inability to use these services.
6. Enforcement
- Moderation actions may include content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.
- Federated content may be blocked/defederated if remote instances repeatedly violate these rules.
- The administrator may act at any time to protect service stability, legal compliance, and community safety.
- Enforcement actions may be taken without prior notice.
- Content review: Content may be reviewed by the administrator for moderation, safety, and legal compliance purposes. Users should have no expectation of privacy regarding content reasonably suspected of violating these terms.
- Prompt removal: Content found to violate these terms or applicable law will be removed as soon as reasonably possible after detection.

8. Law Enforcement & Legal Requests
The administrator may preserve and disclose user data when required by applicable law, court order, or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security incidents, or legal claims. Illegal content may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law. Any disclosure will be limited to the extent legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users and the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from use of these services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
